Fabiana joined Di Luccia & Partners in September 2024 as a Partner to strengthen the firm’s Brazilian operations. Prior to moving into Executive Search, Fabiana accumulated over fifteen years of experience in financial control within large industrial multinationals and over four years as a career growth consultant in the executive outplacement industry.

Fabiana's diverse background includes working for Nordic industrial multinationals in the pulp & paper machinery and food packaging industries, the North American industrial automation industry, the Swiss dental technology industry, and a unicorn Brazilian fintech. Her experience allows her to understand complex business structures deeply, combining business acumen with a human development approach.

In her role at Di Luccia & Partners, Fabiana is focused on understanding clients’ desired executive profiles that fit their organizations, emphasizing both human and business-centered approaches. She holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Aalto University, and a Master of HR from Bologna Business School.
