James is a seasoned executive having held various C-Suites roles prior to joining Di Luccia & Partners. In his earlier career, James worked for GlaxoSmithKline and is a named inventor on several international patents and is a widely published author in various peer reviewed scientific journals.

In 2015, James pivoted his career into senior strategy and operations roles at GSK before moving on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Our Future Health, where he grew that business substantially and played a key role in securing over £120 million in direct investment from the private sector.

James is an accomplished professional having lived and worked in the UK, France and Puerto Rico. His core mission at Di Luccia & Partners will be to work with existing UK based PE clients, as well as create opportunities with new PE clients, VC firms and Family Offices headquartered in the UK.

James holds an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, London and is fluent in both English and French.
