He has held key roles at leading firms such as Korn Ferry, LHH, Kilpatrick, and Experis, as well as leadership positions at major companies like Oracle, DS Group, HDS, and DHL. Silvio has also founded two start-ups in the Digital space, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit.

With his extensive experience, Silvio has joined Di Luccia & Partners Executive Search as a Senior Partner, bringing his expertise to support Private Equity portfolio companies in navigating digital transformation, ICT, and innovation challenges. Before his current role, Silvio served as Senior Business Advisor, focusing on executive search and strategic consulting, particularly in technology and digital sectors.

Silvio has built his career across various roles in business advisory and executive search, emphasizing stakeholder management and business transformation. He holds a Master's degree in Sociology, Communication & Mass Media from the University of Urbino. Silvio is fluent in English and has working proficiency in Spanish.
