
Hervé Ngamaleu is a Human Resources executive and leadership advisor with over 20 years of international experience shaping people strategies and driving HR transformation across Africa and Europe. Now serving as Partner for Africa at Di Luccia & Partners, he leads the firm’s executive search and leadership advisory activities on the continent, supporting clients, particularly private equityportfolio companies, in identifying and developingtransformative leadership.
Before joining Di Luccia & Partners, Hervé held senior leadership roles at global organisations including Diageo and Orange, overseeing HR strategies across more than 30 countries. He is recognized for his ability to align people and business strategies, lead post-merger integration, champion diversity and inclusion, and build resilient, high-performingteams in complex, multicultural environments.
Hervé is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (UK) and holds a Global Executive MBA from Hult International Business School. He is bilingual in English and French and brings a strategic yet human-centric approach to talent management.
In addition to his corporate background, Hervé is actively involved in public-private dialogue on talent development and retention in Africa and regularly speaks at industry conferences on topics such as digital HR, workforce mobility, and the future of work.
