Certified Board, Fiscal Council and Audit Committee member by IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, currently is Board Member at ACB (Associação de Conselheiros do Brasil, 2025-), Audit Committee Member at CEMIG group (2019-2024) and Fiscal Council Member at Mater Dei (2022-), and previously was member of governance boards in different companies. Auditor at PwC, he served as Group Chief Controller (Aeroporti di Roma, Cementir) and CFO (Order of Malta and Truestargroup).
