Mauro Milillo is the founder of Milillo & Associates – Business and Tax Advisory, with offices in Rome and Milan. Specializing in accounting, governance, taxation, corporate sustainability, and fintech, he holds administrative and control positions in both private companies and the public sector.
He pursued his university studies at Luiss Guido Carli, obtaining a degree in Economics and Commerce, focusing on the impact of tax components on multinational companies' investment decisions. Currently, he is a Professor of Finance and Chapter Leader of the Luiss Alumni Network in Milan.
In addition, he earned a Master's in European Environmental Law and Policies from the Second University of Naples and a Ph.D. in Economics and Management of Public Companies from the University of Salerno.
Mauro Milillo's commitment to professional development is highlighted by his active involvement in various corporate governance roles and managerial experiences in Ministries and the Chamber of Deputies. Currently, he chairs the Board of Auditors of SO.GE.MI SpA, the Eastern Alps Basin Authority, and Askanews SpA. He is a board member of companies like Edenred Italia Srl, Europcar Italia SpA, Ali Agenzie per il lavoro SpA, as well as technology startups including Sealence SpA, Wearable Robotics Srl, and TMP Group IT SpA (listed on Euronext Growth Milan). He also serves in non-profit organizations such as the Fondazione Piccola Opera.
In addition to his professional roles, Mauro Milillo contributes to various associations, including AssoFintech (Fintech and Insurtech Association), where he holds the position of Treasurer Councilor, and the Legalità e Sviluppo Foundation named after his grandfather, General Ignazio Milillo.
