Francesco Bollazzi graduated in Business Administration from Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC in 2000, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2005. In 2010, he became a Fixed-term Researcher in Financial Intermediaries Economics, and in 2014, he obtained the National Scientific Qualification for the position of Associate Professor. In 2020, he assumed the role of Lecturer at the School of Economics at Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC, where he teaches Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurial and Growth Finance, and Introduction to Private Banking, and collaborates on other academic courses.
Since 2001, he has been the coordinator of the University Master's program in Merchant Banking and Private Capital. Francesco serves as the head and a member of the Scientific Committee for the Private Equity Monitor – PEM, Venture Capital Monitor – VEM, and Private Banking Observatory initiatives at Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC. From 2023, he also oversees the Women and Finance Observatory.
