Roberta has extensive global experience in several markets such as Private Banking, Hospitalities, Sports & Entertainment, having worked across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Middle East, where she has assisted multicultural companies in developing integrated HR strategies, operations and Leadership. She excels in crafting global strategies, business models, talent management frameworks along side with C-Level leaders, to align with business objectives in collaboration with diverse teams.

Her skills also include organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, establishing business units in various countries, including Spain, Italy, Brazil, Singapore, Germany, Sweden, and France. Roberta is dedicated to creating employee and customer-centric environments by designing sustainable leadership strategies and fostering a multicultural mindset. As a digital expert, she leverages technology to drive innovation in large organizations, with deep experience in companies ranging from 9,000 to 250,000 employees.
