Tammy Muller is a globally recognized professional with a career defined by strategic leadership in multinational companies and a strong academic background. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo and a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, with a thesis focusing on the impact of telework on mental health. Tammy also completed an MBA in People Management and Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), one of Latin America’s most prestigious institutions, reinforcing her expertise in aligning business and human objectives.

As a specialist in Behavioral Activation, Tammy excelled as an Executive Coach in Ireland, where she was also a member of the Irish Psychology Council. Certified as a Life Coach, Team Coach, Executive Coach, and Master Coach, she leverages these qualifications to deepen the connection between business and human intellectual capital. Her training in leadership and team assessment tools enables her to evaluate and develop leaders and teams strategically, creating a direct impact on organizational performance.

Tammy is trilingual, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, which allows her to work globally and interact effectively in multicultural environments. This skill has been critical in her international career and in managing complex projects.

A significant milestone in her career was leading the implementation of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model at Danone for Latin America. As head of this global project, Tammy represented the region on the global team, showcasing her expertise in connecting business and people. This role required strategic skills such as stakeholder management, systemic vision, organizational culture alignment, and process integration, ensuring business goals were achieved without compromising team well-being and performance.

Tammy also led diversity and inclusion projects at Danone, with one innovative initiative receiving global recognition. Her expertise in Change Management, corporate education, and strategic performance management positions her as a reference in organizational transformation and high-impact leadership development.

Currently residing in Spain, Tammy works as a strategic consultant, combining her multicultural, practical, and academic experience to help companies implement modern people management practices focused on integrating business strategy and human development.
