Zeno is an accomplished senior executive with a wealth of experience in Investment Banking, Media and Venture Capital - and over 20 years of success in building, growing, and managing businesses globally.
Zeno started his career at Barclays and then moved to Mondadori as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions – a position he kept until he was promoted to the role of General Manager, International where he spent a decade developing Mondadori’s presence overseas, negotiating and managing joint-ventures and partnerships around the globe.
After leaving Mondadori, Zeno was appointed CEO at B Heroes, a leading player in the Italian innovation ecosystem (comprising a startup acceleration programme and an investment vehicle with a portfolio of 150+ seed-stage startups).
Currently, Zeno sits on the Board of a number of Italian startups.
Zeno is joining Di Luccia & Partners not only to serve clients in the Private Equity, Investment Banking and Venture Capital sectors – but also to help the firm drive the consolidation process in a very fragmented sector.
Zeno has degrees from Bocconi University (BBA), IMD International (MBA) and Stanford (LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation).
